Think of me as your part-time head of technology. I help you design the systems your growing business needs to run smoothly: which tools to use, where AI earns its place and where it doesn't. Then I stay hands-on through design and implementation, so the vision actually becomes reality. In industry terms, that's a fractional CTO.

Why I do this work

For 25 years I built banking and payments systems: the kind that move money for banks around the world, can't go down for an afternoon, and can't lose a single transaction. That work drilled one habit into me: understand how the business really runs before you touch the technology.

Owner-led businesses rarely get that kind of attention on their systems, and it isn't for lack of effort. The owner wears many hats, and when the day is full of customers, production and people, IT and systems keep slipping down the list.

That gap needs closing. In my view, if we address it, many MSMEs can grow exponentially.

Process first. Data second. Tools last.

How I work with owners

I stay neutral, out loud: I compare build, buy and leave alone. If eQubit is one of the options, I say so and put the alternatives right next to it.
I do the thinking myself: The interviews, the blueprint and the decisions aren't handed to a junior. When the build needs more hands, my colleagues chip in, and I stay accountable for the result.
You can walk away, and nothing breaks: The processes and systems I put in place are documented in detail, and the documents are yours. I train one person in your team to run the daily routines and to train others, so the business doesn't depend on me. If you decide to move on, you can, without disrupting how the business runs.
I keep it to a handful: I work with only a few owners at a time, and most come through introductions. Because each business learns to run its own daily routines, my time goes where it matters: the decisions and the next round of improvements.
