eQubit Solutions provides workflow automation, AI/RPA implementation, digital marketing, and related advisory services to businesses ("Services"). Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are set out separately in a signed proposal, statement of work, or contract between eQubit and the client, which takes precedence over these Terms where the two conflict.

2. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems;
• use automated means (bots, scrapers) to extract site content without our written permission;

4. Client Engagements

Where you engage eQubit for paid Services (including any work performed via a Meta Business/ad account we manage on your behalf), the following apply unless your signed agreement states otherwise:

• Scope, fees, and payment terms are as set out in the applicable proposal or contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of business information, brand assets, and account access you provide us.
• Where we manage or access third-party platforms (e.g., Meta Business Manager, ad accounts, analytics) on your behalf, you remain the account owner and are responsible for that platform's own terms, policies, and ad spend; eQubit acts as your authorised operator/agency for the scope agreed in writing.
• Either party may terminate an engagement per the notice period in the signed agreement.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Estimates of time saved, cost saved, or growth (including case study figures referenced on this site) reflect specific past client outcomes and are illustrative, not a guarantee of results for any other engagement.

6. Liability

This website is provided for general information only; nothing on it is a guarantee or warranty. Liability, indemnification, and risk allocation for any paid engagement (including management of your Meta/Google ad accounts) are governed exclusively by the signed contract or statement of work for that engagement — not by these website Terms.

7. Third-Party Links and Platforms

This site and our Services may reference or connect to third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, Make, Zapier, n8n). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
