eQubit Solutions LLP ("eQubit," "we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal data we collect through equbitsolutions.com and our client engagements, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.
1. Who This Applies To
This notice covers:
- visitors to equbitsolutions.com;
- people who submit an enquiry, book a call, or take our Automation Gap Assessment;
- contacts of client businesses whose accounts (including Meta Business/ad accounts) we manage under a signed engagement.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

3. Cookies & Tracking
We currently use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect our contact forms from spam; this loads a Google script and may set cookies per Google's own privacy policy.
If we add analytics or advertising tools in future — e.g., Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, or Meta Conversions API to measure our own ad performance — this section will be updated before those tools go live, and will name each tool, what it collects, and how to opt out.
4. Why We Process Your Data (Legal Basis)
- Contract: to deliver Services you or your business requested.
- Legitimate interest: to respond to enquiries, secure the site, and improve our Services.
- Consent: for any optional communications (e.g., newsletter), which you can withdraw at any time.
5. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your data. We may share it with:
- sub-processors we use to run this business (e.g., email/hosting providers, Google reCAPTCHA);
- Meta, Google, or other ad/analytics platforms, only where you've engaged us to manage those accounts on your behalf, and only within the scope you've authorised;
- authorities, where required by law.
6. Data Retention
- Enquiry/contact form data: retained up to 24 months from last contact, unless you become a client (then per the client data retention period) or ask us to delete it sooner.
- Client account/campaign data: retained for the duration of the engagement plus the period agreed in our contract with you.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to:
- access a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate data;
- request erasure ("right to be forgotten");
- withdraw consent for optional processing at any time;
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including restricting access to client account credentials to authorised team members only. No online system is 100% secure; if a breach occurs affecting your data, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by law.

We may update this notice periodically. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date above.
